Job Requirements

  • Requires progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • Understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial controls
  • General systems proficiency in POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost of goods, and financial control
  • Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory systems, and reservation systems
