Job Requirements
- At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- previous General Manager experience is a strong plus
- proficiency in back-of-house systems and P&L management
- strong conflict resolution skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and work alongside restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- manage scheduling, labor, expenses, and local restaurant marketing to drive success
- recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop team members into future leaders
- ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met and maintained
- conduct performance reviews, manage P&L responsibilities, and utilize back-of-house systems effectively
- resolve conflicts and communicate clearly with team members and guests
- follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
