Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-volume restaurants
  • positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with excellent record of restaurant management
  • ability to communicate effectively with leaders, managers, employees, and guests
  • strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations
  • availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays about 55 to 60 hours a week
  • ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting
  • willingness to relocate to Bentonville

Job Qualifications

  • at least 5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • proven leadership skills in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in team building and staff development
  • knowledge of food and beverage quality standards and sourcing
  • demonstrated problem-solving abilities and crisis management
  • ability to engage with local community and vendors
