Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading high-volume restaurants
- positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with excellent record of restaurant management
- ability to communicate effectively with leaders, managers, employees, and guests
- strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays about 55 to 60 hours a week
- ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting
- willingness to relocate to Bentonville
Job Qualifications
- at least 5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- proven leadership skills in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in team building and staff development
- knowledge of food and beverage quality standards and sourcing
- demonstrated problem-solving abilities and crisis management
- ability to engage with local community and vendors
