Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum five years experience as a restaurant general manager in a full service, fast paced environment
  • completed food safety and sanitation training
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to start date
  • age 21 or older
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

  • five or more years of full service restaurant general manager experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • general knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environments

  • intermediate math skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to build relationships at all levels
