Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum five years experience as a restaurant general manager in a full service, fast paced environment
- completed food safety and sanitation training
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to start date
- age 21 or older
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Qualifications

- five or more years of full service restaurant general manager experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- must be 21 years of age or older
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- general knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- strong organizational and planning skills
- strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environments
