Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including driving record
  • Must be available to work approximately 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet health regulations and maintain current health card

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by local or state law
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Ability to manage P&L and operational performance

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including excellent food, customer service and cleanliness
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and timely feedback
