Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass criminal background check including driving record
Must be available to work approximately 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must meet health regulations and maintain current health card

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
Current health card as required by local or state law
Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
Strong communication and management skills
Ability to manage P&L and operational performance

Job Duties

Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
Achieve and maintain world-class operations including excellent food, customer service and cleanliness
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
Build effective teams through training, development, and timely feedback
