Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience
- Proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability required

Job Duties
- Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful crew and pristine restaurants
- Maintaining and driving high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Having a clear understanding of and performing every job in the restaurant
- Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as the ultimate decision-maker
- Engaging in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Building an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining consistent strong financial results
