Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with P&L and back-of-house systems
  • Ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage a team
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
  • Previous General Manager experience preferred
  • Proficient in back-of-house systems and P&L management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to meet job demands
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain required food safety certifications

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and work alongside restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, labor, and inventory control
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members into future leaders
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance including P&L management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
  • Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • Implement local marketing initiatives to drive restaurant success
