Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with P&L and back-of-house systems
- Ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage a team
- Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- Previous General Manager experience preferred
- Proficient in back-of-house systems and P&L management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to meet job demands
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain required food safety certifications
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and work alongside restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, labor, and inventory control
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members into future leaders
- Monitor and analyze financial performance including P&L management
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with staff and guests
- Implement local marketing initiatives to drive restaurant success
