Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant settings
  • Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience with inventory management and financial oversight

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of communicating effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • 3-5 years in management positions, preferably restaurant experience including full service, quick serve or fast food
  • Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
  • Model and create a positive guest service environment where the guest is always right
  • Respond positively and quickly to guest concerns and correct potential problems before they affect guests
  • Continuously improve the skills, knowledge and morale of team members
  • Utilize all training programs from new employee orientation to management training
  • Maximize financial performance and profit of the restaurant
  • Set motivating store performance goals and adjust strategies daily, weekly and monthly
  • Oversee inventory ordering, invoice collection, inventory audits, and data entry, delegating as necessary
