Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant settings
- Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with inventory management and financial oversight
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of communicating effectively with guests and co-workers
- Bilingual skills a plus
- 3-5 years in management positions, preferably restaurant experience including full service, quick serve or fast food
- Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
- Must have or be willing to obtain a ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- Model and create a positive guest service environment where the guest is always right
- Respond positively and quickly to guest concerns and correct potential problems before they affect guests
- Continuously improve the skills, knowledge and morale of team members
- Utilize all training programs from new employee orientation to management training
- Maximize financial performance and profit of the restaurant
- Set motivating store performance goals and adjust strategies daily, weekly and monthly
- Oversee inventory ordering, invoice collection, inventory audits, and data entry, delegating as necessary
