Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
- At least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Minimum two years of wine experience
- Experience in food and beverage cost control
- Strong motivational and developmental skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Valid NV Health and TAM cards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and pay attention to detail
- Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure or conflict situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees the daily restaurant operations and manages service staff in accordance with company policies to ensure guest experience
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by building relationships with guests and encouraging employees to do the same
- Ensures proper food handling procedures and presentation are followed by staff
- Reviews financial transactions and monitors budgets to maintain expenditure limits
- Manages financial operations including change orders, bar banks, tip reconciliation, invoice coding, vendor communication, and troubleshooting variances
- Increases sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Monitors inventory, supply levels, labor costs, safety, and cleanliness as needed
- Implements policies and protocols for sustainable restaurant operations
- Oversees ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of food products to maintain quality and service standards
- Prioritizes wine and beverage service demands
- Maintains excellent knowledge of food and beverage products
- Sets staffing levels according to occupancy, promotions, and special events
- Coaches and trains staff to maximize sales and enhance guest experiences
- Sets departmental personnel policies and manages employee performance through coaching and counseling
- Uses POS system effectively
- Communicates directly with the Chef regarding food service and menu issues
- Assists with seasonal and holiday menu changes
- Works varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Performs all other duties as assigned
