Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Valid Health Card as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operational standards
  • Drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker for the restaurant
  • Engage in consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
