Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of labor cost reporting and operating statements
  • must pass background check and have no felony convictions
  • must be able to work in the United States legally
  • must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • knowledge of food preparation and service standards
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • experience with sales and expense control
  • basic PC skills including email and typing
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Job Duties

  • Create a world class guest experience that exceeds expectations
  • manage, train and direct the restaurant team to ensure engagement and growth
  • deliver exceptional brand standards, cleanliness and safety across all restaurant areas
  • attain sales budgets through effective sales promotion and performance reviews
  • manage operational execution and expense control including labor scheduling and cash handling
  • oversee all restaurant inventory and ensure proper storage and maintenance
  • perform other duties as assigned by market leader
