Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of labor cost reporting and operating statements
- must pass background check and have no felony convictions
- must be able to work in the United States legally
- must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- ability to train and develop team members
- experience with sales and expense control
- basic PC skills including email and typing
- strong communication and organizational skills
- eligible to work in the United States
- possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Job Duties
- Create a world class guest experience that exceeds expectations
- manage, train and direct the restaurant team to ensure engagement and growth
- deliver exceptional brand standards, cleanliness and safety across all restaurant areas
- attain sales budgets through effective sales promotion and performance reviews
- manage operational execution and expense control including labor scheduling and cash handling
- oversee all restaurant inventory and ensure proper storage and maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned by market leader
