Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license to meet liquor license requirements and perform operational duties
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and financial control
  • General systems proficiency in POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial responsibilities
  • General proficiency in POS and corporate software systems
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or Business degree is a plus
  • Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Coach team members on upselling techniques to increase incremental sales
  • Conduct financial analysis to guide continuous improvement and respond to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets for ongoing operational improvements
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while promoting teamwork
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain culinary and hospitality standards
  • Inspire and motivate the team through coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Encourage exploration of new ideas and calculated risks to drive organizational success
