Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must maintain current health card as per state or local regulations
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe certification exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform every restaurant job function
  • ability to provide leadership and motivate teams

Job Duties

  • build and develop a team of top performers by training and mentoring
  • oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations
  • ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
  • maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
  • communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
  • uphold company culture and core values throughout the team
