Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable transportation
- must maintain current health card as per state or local regulations
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
- must be able to pass SERV Safe certification exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform every restaurant job function
- ability to provide leadership and motivate teams
Job Duties
- build and develop a team of top performers by training and mentoring
- oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations
- ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
- maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
- uphold company culture and core values throughout the team
