- Knowledge of financial management and local/state regulations
- Capable of managing multiple operational areas simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Coach and train Kitchen Managers, Hospitality Manager, and Assistant Managers on operational standards
- Achieve key financial results including sales growth, profit increases, and guest count increases
- Execute national and local marketing plans to increase guest counts and sales
- Recruit, select, and orient Assistant Managers and staff
- Ensure participation and certification in training programs such as CBT, Fast Tracks, and Safe Tracks
- Provide leadership through training, coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals
- Maintain welcoming guest environment and resolve guest complaints promptly
