Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of financial management and local/state regulations
  • Capable of managing multiple operational areas simultaneously
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • Knowledge of operational standards and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Coach and train Kitchen Managers, Hospitality Manager, and Assistant Managers on operational standards
  • Achieve key financial results including sales growth, profit increases, and guest count increases
  • Execute national and local marketing plans to increase guest counts and sales
  • Recruit, select, and orient Assistant Managers and staff
  • Ensure participation and certification in training programs such as CBT, Fast Tracks, and Safe Tracks
  • Provide leadership through training, coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals
  • Maintain welcoming guest environment and resolve guest complaints promptly
