Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
strong leadership and decision-making ability
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic math skills for financial management
capability to handle a fast-paced environment

resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
