  • minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
  • preferred ServSafe Certification with assistance and education provided if not certified
  • energetic and excellent communication skills
  • practical/hands-on approach

  • experience providing daily coaching and feedback
  • skilled in managing budgets
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • strong analytical skills
