Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of profitability
  • demonstrated leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant profit and loss (P&L) to achieve financial goals
  • review key P&L lines to increase profitability
  • drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
  • motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
  • manage the guest experience and respond to feedback in a timely manner
  • solve guest issues by identifying root causes and developing action plans
  • engage with the community to promote local marketing initiatives
  • lead recruitment and selection processes to build an effective team
  • on-board new team members through training and certification
  • inspire and recognize team members to improve performance
  • provide coaching and feedback to increase capabilities
  • manage labor scheduling and staffing levels
  • enforce compliance with government regulations and company policies
  • maintain operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
