Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant management role
- Ability to work flexible 10-hour shifts including days and evenings
- Demonstrated capacity to manage teams of 65 to 100 employees
- Strong commitment to upholding company values and culture
- Skill in conflict resolution and constructive feedback
- Valid food safety certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong mentorship and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Competency in financial management and budgeting
- Experience with fast-paced quick service restaurants
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Job Duties
