Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- demonstrate knowledge of P&L management
- possess leadership skills
- have understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership skills
- knowledge of guest service principles
- availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant P&L and work towards desired financial outcomes
- review key P&L lines to increase profitability
- drive sales through proactive guest service, people development and operations management
- motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly and fast service
- manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
- problem solve guest feedback to identify root causes and develop action plans
- engage the community and execute local marketing initiatives
- lead recruitment and selection to build and retain an effective team
- onboard new team members through training and certification
- manage individual and team recognition programs
- provide coaching and feedback to improve team capabilities and performance
- manage labor scheduling and optimize manager and team member staffing
- enforce compliance with government regulations, employment laws and company policies
- ensure operational and brand standards are upheld
- perform duties of assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator when necessary
