Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check criteria
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 80% of shift time
- Able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and take out trash
- Able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College or university degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Track record of developing and motivating team members
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant team and establish a positive work environment
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring high-quality food and customer service
- Recruit, hire, and develop employees
- Conduct new hire orientation and implement training plans
- Create staff schedules and deploy team members efficiently
- Address employee performance issues and implement corrective action
- Manage restaurant budget and oversee financial performance
- Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction
