Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver meaningful and timely performance feedback
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations with a well-developed crew and pristine restaurant conditions
- Maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Have clear understanding and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance and serve as the ultimate decision-maker
- Engage in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
