Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in related industries
- Previous experience as General Manager preferred
- Proficient in P&L management and back-of-house systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage teams
- Capable of managing scheduling and labor costs
- Must be physically able to perform role duties including lifting up to 55 pounds
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain food safety certifications as needed
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- Previous General Manager experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency with back-of-house systems and P&L management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and team leadership
- Ability to identify and develop talent within the team
- Experience with operational and inventory control procedures
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical role requirements
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and expense tracking to meet budgetary goals
- Oversee inventory control and ensure operational procedures are followed
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff into future leaders
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and cleanliness
- Drive local restaurant marketing efforts and community engagement
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain excellent communication within the team
