Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including MVR
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications

- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
- Ability to perform and understand all restaurant jobs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in team building and performance management
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high performing team through training and development
- Provide clear and consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and high quality food standards
- Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Facilitate communication and act as a liaison with other leadership
- Drive a focus on company culture and values
- Maintain strong financial results and accountability for restaurant performance
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Deliver meaningful and timely performance feedback
- Engage in clear communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
