Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
  • Ability to perform and understand all restaurant jobs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in team building and performance management

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high performing team through training and development
  • Provide clear and consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) and overall restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high quality food standards
  • Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Facilitate communication and act as a liaison with other leadership
  • Drive a focus on company culture and values
  • Maintain strong financial results and accountability for restaurant performance
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Deliver meaningful and timely performance feedback
  • Engage in clear communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
