Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform all jobs in the restaurant
- Food safety knowledge capable of passing SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Valid health card or ability to maintain one according to state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of high performers
- Oversee recruiting, training, and daily management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss to ensure maximum profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Act as a liaison between restaurant staff and field leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide clear, consistent communication and meaningful performance feedback
