Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years experience as a general manager in a full service restaurant
- must be 21 years or older
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- completed food safety and sanitation training
- ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
- strong communication skills
- able to manage confidential information
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years full service restaurant general manager experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older
- basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- general knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- strong organization and planning skills
- strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
- strong coaching skills
- intermediate mathematical computation skills
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- ability to build relationships at all levels
- ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- ability to manage changing priorities
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certifications prior to beginning work
