Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a restaurant or general manager
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational areas simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a business with over $1 million in revenue
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations including guest service, marketing, and supply chain management
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to uphold company policies
- Ability to drive sales and manage financial performance

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, and develop a high performance team
- Lead by example and foster a culture of respect and inclusivity
- Ensure flawless execution of company policies, systems, and brand standards
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance
- Drive sales growth and promote marketing initiatives
- Maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
- Continuously pursue operational excellence and competitive performance
