Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant general manager experience
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Experience in full-service dining with bar management preferred
  • Quick service restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
  • Proven track record of resolving difficult situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
