Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including MVR
- must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- ability to work an expected 50-hour week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership across all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current health card as per state or local regulations
- pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop a team with high leadership potential
- achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- manage all aspects of restaurant performance including financial results
- communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- build and maintain effective teams through training and feedback
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
