Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant general manager experience
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Full-service dining with bar management experience preferred
  • Quick service restaurant management preferred
  • Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize various activities
  • Ability to interact at all company levels including executives and union representatives
  • Proven track record resolving uncomfortable situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
