Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum age 18 years or older
3 plus years general manager experience for external candidates
1 plus years assistant general manager experience for internal candidates
Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
Flexibility to transfer and assist at other Fazoli’s locations as business needs arise

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
3 plus years previous general manager experience required for external candidates
Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
1 plus years experience as a successful Fazoli’s assistant general manager for internal candidates
Must have open availability to work all shifts
Flexible to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed

Job Duties

Recruit select hire train develop and retain a high performance team of associates
Lead by example and promote a service-oriented leadership style
Maintain and uphold integrity in all restaurant operations
Execute business strategies to achieve financial goals
Oversee guest service ensuring excellence and satisfaction
Manage marketing human resources supply chain administration and facilities maintenance
Foster teamwork and a positive work environment to drive results
