Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost of goods, financial control
  • General proficiency in POS, corporate software, third-party delivery, inventory, and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • General systems proficiency in POS, corporate software, third-party delivery, inventory, and reservation systems
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen through financial analysis for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset within the team and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to spearhead ongoing improvements
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while fostering teamwork
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain culinary and hospitality standards
  • Inspire and motivate the team, providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Exhibit curiosity, ambition, and a strong work ethic encouraging new ideas and calculated risks
