Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
Job Duties
- Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world class operations which includes a successful and well-developed crew and staff
- Maintaining and driving high standards and expectations around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness by empowering teams
- Having a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job in the restaurant
- Being held accountable for all aspects of their restaurants performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
- Engaging in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Building an effective team through training and development and supplying meaningful and timely feedback
