Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • availability for open schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card per state or local requirements
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • experience in managing P&L and operational processes

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-trained staff and pristine restaurant conditions
  • uphold high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform every job in the restaurant with capability
  • hold full accountability for restaurant performance and decision-making
  • engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training, meaningful feedback, and development
  • ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong financial results
