Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card as per local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing restaurant operations and financials

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job function in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and make final decisions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results
