Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with lead experience
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card as per local regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing restaurant operations and financials
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job function in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and make final decisions
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong financial results
