Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or a related field
- availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- willingness to follow brand guidelines and standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to train and develop team members
- capable of managing financial aspects such as P&L

- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
