This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner operating Taco Bell restaurant locations but separate from Taco Bell Corporation or any of its affiliates. The franchisee you work for will be your sole employer and is responsible for all employment terms, including wage and benefits programs, which may differ from other franchisees. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to perform basic cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting and trash removal
  • able to tolerate standing walking lifting up to 50 pounds and stooping for most of the shift
  • basic business math accounting and analytical skills
  • strong decision making skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • profit and loss responsibility experience
  • basic computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • track record of people development

Job Duties

  • lead the restaurant team and establish a positive work environment
  • oversee restaurant operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • recruit hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and create training plans
  • schedule and deploy team members effectively
  • manage performance issues and resolve customer complaints
  • oversee restaurant budget and financial planning
