Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Oversee entire restaurant operations including staff management and financial planning
  • Recruit, hire, and develop team members and shift leads
  • Conduct new hire orientation and develop individual training plans
  • Schedule and deploy team members effectively to meet restaurant needs
  • Address performance and behavioral issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the restaurant team is well-trained and understands business priorities
  • Interact positively with customers, employees, and Taco Bell management to resolve conflicts and improve service
