Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • ServeSafe Certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong business skills including budgeting, cost controls, and strategy
  • Leader at heart who inspires, motivates, and rallies the team
  • ServeSafe Certification or ability to obtain
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff
  • Knowledge of restaurant operational standards and compliance

Job Duties

  • Keep quality, safety, and service standards top-tier
  • Manage prep, portioning, and customer flow to reduce wait times
  • Be a problem-solving pro and jump in where needed
  • Lead by example with next-level hospitality and team spirit
  • Oversee cleanliness and sanitation because details matter
  • Own the P&L game, drive sales, manage costs, and grow the business
  • Build a strong community presence to attract new and returning guests
  • Hire, train, and develop an all-star team
