Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Serv Safe certification
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Ability to work various shifts with open availability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data
- Capability to manage and lead teams
- Willingness to handle physical demands including lifting
- Pass background check and drug test
- Knowledge of company procedures and employee management
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Serv Safe certification required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and influence others
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis
- Knowledge of cash controls and labor analysis
- Ability to calculate food costs
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
- Ability to adjust to shifting priorities

- Basic computer and order processing system knowledge
Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct meetings with team and management for planning and training
- Develop and maintain sales levels using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow procedures in food preparation and service
- Control restaurant inventory via inventory systems
- Use company labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Manage cash control including daily bank deposits
- Report accidents and incidents timely
- Maintain safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with health department standards
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and employee appearance
- Inform District Manager on hiring, promotions, and employee status
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files and post required labor postings
- Utilize preventive maintenance for building and equipment
- Attend scheduled meetings with District Manager
- Perform administrative paperwork as required
