Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check criteria
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for prolonged periods
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Ability to clean the restaurant premises including parking lot and surrounding grounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisory experience in food service or retail environment for 2-4 years
- Experience with profit and loss management
- Basic computer literacy with strong preference
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager is strongly preferred
- Positive leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the entire restaurant team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees including new hire orientation and individualized training plans
- Schedule and deploy team members to optimize operational efficiency
- Address employee performance issues and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed
- Manage restaurant budget and financial planning including profit and loss responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and parking lot upkeep
