This opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner who operates their own restaurant locations under the Taco Bell brand. Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must pass background check criteria
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for prolonged periods
Basic business math and accounting knowledge
Ability to clean the restaurant premises including parking lot and surrounding grounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Supervisory experience in food service or retail environment for 2-4 years
Experience with profit and loss management
Basic computer literacy with strong preference
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager is strongly preferred
Positive leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

Lead and manage the entire restaurant team to ensure exceptional customer service
Recruit, hire, and train new employees including new hire orientation and individualized training plans
Schedule and deploy team members to optimize operational efficiency
Address employee performance issues and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed
Manage restaurant budget and financial planning including profit and loss responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and parking lot upkeep
