Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must hold a current health card as required by law
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work a 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card in compliance with state or local regulations
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Build and develop high-performing teams by training and mentoring top performers
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss statements and ensure financial targets are met
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
- Act as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
