Job Duties
- Lead with passion by bringing enthusiasm to the restaurant, food and beverage, and hospitality industries
- Foster staff development and create a positive atmosphere that motivates team members and ensures P&L goals are met
- Engage with local vendors, businesses, and farms to source quality products and educate junior team members
- Actively participate in and support community volunteer and charitable initiatives
- Oversee all operational facets of the restaurant, resolving challenges by maintaining effective communication with team members and the local community
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and performance tracking
- Organize and supervise restaurant events and special functions
