- Must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- able to sweep and mop floors
- able to dust shelves
- able to lift and carry out trash containers
- able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- basic personal computer literacy with strong preference
- internal promotion from Assistant General Manager preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- positive attitude
- ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during shift
Job Duties
- Lead and manage entire restaurant operations
- recruit, hire and train new employees
- conduct new hire orientation and implement training plans for staff
- develop and schedule workforce deployment plans
- address employee performance issues
- resolve customer complaints and issues
- manage restaurant budget and financial planning
- maintain cleanliness of restaurant including sweeping, mopping, and grounds keeping
