Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • able to dust shelves
  • able to lift and carry out trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy with strong preference
  • internal promotion from Assistant General Manager preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during shift

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage entire restaurant operations
  • recruit, hire and train new employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and implement training plans for staff
  • develop and schedule workforce deployment plans
  • address employee performance issues
  • resolve customer complaints and issues
  • manage restaurant budget and financial planning
  • maintain cleanliness of restaurant including sweeping, mopping, and grounds keeping
