Job Duties
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team setting clear expectations and standards for service performance and professionalism
- own all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring excellence in service execution product quality cleanliness and team performance
- maintain a flawless relationship with the entire hotel team and be the main point of contact for the hotel leadership team
- drive a service culture that prioritizes personalization warmth and consistency in every guest interaction
- build manage and own the restaurant's operating budget P&L and forecasting models in partnership with Director of F&B and finance team
- lead the development and execution of new concepts seasonal menus and brand partnerships that align with market trends and guest demand
- oversee scheduling payroll training and performance management across all restaurant roles
- direct and participate in the functions of the Food and Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- implement effective controls of food beverage and labor costs
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding guest experience
- regularly review and evaluate guest feedback to ensure a great food and beverage operation
