Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check criteria
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and cleaning
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, stooping for 80 percent of shift time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Experience managing profit and loss
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Track record of people development
- Positive attitude
Job Duties
- Lead the team and establish the tone of the work environment
- Ensure high levels of customer hospitality and satisfaction
- Find, hire and develop employees
- Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- Schedule and deploy the team effectively
- Address performance issues promptly
- Assist in resolution of customer issues
- Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
