Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and cleaning
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, stooping for 80 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Experience managing profit and loss
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Track record of people development
  • Positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead the team and establish the tone of the work environment
  • Ensure high levels of customer hospitality and satisfaction
  • Find, hire and develop employees
  • Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • Schedule and deploy the team effectively
  • Address performance issues promptly
  • Assist in resolution of customer issues
  • Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
