Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation required
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willing to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership in all shifts
  • strong communication skills in English
  • ability to perform all restaurant roles
  • possess or eligible for SERV Safe Certification
  • previous experience managing P&L and restaurant staff
  • demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • recruit and train new employees
  • oversee restaurant operations including food quality and customer service
  • manage profit and loss to ensure maximum profitability
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • communicate effectively with leadership and staff to align with company culture and goals
