Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation required
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willing to work approximately 50 hours per week
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership in all shifts
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to perform all restaurant roles
- possess or eligible for SERV Safe Certification
- previous experience managing P&L and restaurant staff
- demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- recruit and train new employees
- oversee restaurant operations including food quality and customer service
- manage profit and loss to ensure maximum profitability
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
- ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- communicate effectively with leadership and staff to align with company culture and goals
