Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • expected 50-hour workweek
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development and restaurant cleanliness
  • maintain and drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • perform and understand every restaurant job
  • be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects
  • communicate consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain strong financial results
