Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
must have reliable transportation
must pass criminal background check including MVR
expected 50-hour workweek
open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam

Job Duties

Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development and restaurant cleanliness
maintain and drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
perform and understand every restaurant job
be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects
communicate consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
maintain strong financial results
