Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Serv Safe certification required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze Profit & Loss statements
- Problem-solving and reasoning ability
- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Basic computer proficiency

- Proficient in Profit & Loss analysis and food cost calculations
- Strong problem-solving and sound judgment
- Flexibility to handle multiple demands and shifts
- Leadership skills including team development and customer feedback utilization
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of order processing systems
Job Duties
- Work the front counter to provide quality customer service
- Check product quality and assure availability
- Train and coach employees in courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct team meetings for planning, training, and policy review
- Develop and maintain acceptable sales levels using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements and implement corrective actions
- Control restaurant inventory through an established system
- Use approved labor guidelines and create labor schedules
- Manage cash control including daily bank deposits
- Report accidents and incidents in a timely manner
- Maintain health department ratings and sanitation standards
- Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and changes
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files and post required legal posters
- Utilize preventive maintenance systems
- Attend scheduled meetings for planning and training
- Perform all required administrative paperwork
