Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current health card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including MVR
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Ability to perform every job in the restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers by training and providing clear, consistent direction
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss statements and ensure maximum profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Act as a communication liaison with field leadership and staff to foster company culture and values
- Recognize individual and team contributions to motivate employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
