Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current Health Card per state or local laws
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- ability to pass SERV Safe certification
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- expected 50-hour work week

Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-trained staff and pristine restaurant environments
- drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- act as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
